This will ensure that business will go as smoothly as possible between us.

Terms

  • Please specify the commission option you want. (Character Piece / Concept Piece)

  • You can tell me your budget. All rates can be negotiated.

  • I require complete, clear visual references. (A design fee is an upcharge.)

  • Please be fully detailed when writing a commission inquiry.

  • Any personal information and images provided will be kept confidential between myself and the client.

  • Please communicate with me in a timely manner when prompted.

  • Subject matters I haven't shown or written, can be asked about.

  • Additional art samples can be requested to inform a decision, if available on my end.

  • Delivery is 5 days - 2 weeks from start to finish, assuming regular communication.

  • I may require 3 weeks - 2 months for busy periods or high detail work.

  • I only accept full upfront payment.

  • Half-and-half payment can be done for returning clients.

  • Rush job (2-4 days) costs +100% more.

  • Commercial Use costs x3 more. The rates listed are for personal use, by the client only.

  • I retain the rights as the creator of the artwork.

  • I retain the rights to display and use commission pieces as artist portfolio samples.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Stripe. (The rates listed include Paypal's Fee.)

  • No NFT Minting.

  • No AI Feeding, Data Training.

  • No unauthorized modifications or edits of my work.

  • All rates are in USD.

  • No Refunds. All sales are final.*

*I will refund in full if I cannot finish your commission on time due to problems on my end + it has not progressed beyond a sketch.

Revisions

  • When I start work, I will send a sketch (or few) to ensure the direction of the piece is to the client's liking.

  • On the sketch, major revisions can be requested.

  • I will NOT agree to major revisions after a near-final piece is sent back.

  • I will provide up to 2 free minor revisions (passes) when a near-final piece is sent back.

  • Any revisions after will cost extra.

  • Any new information that was not included in the initial commission request will cost extra.

  • Any errors on my part will be fixed at no extra charge.

HOW TO COMMISSION

Please send the following:

For information, I need at least the bare minimum ::

STEPS

  1. If I accept your commission, I will send back a PayPal invoice.

  2. Once paid in full, I will begin work, and add you to my work list.

  3. I will send back an initial sketch, or multiple.

  4. After approval, or major revisions, I will proceed to the final piece.

  5. I will send back a final or near-final piece.

  6. After approval, or minor revisions, the commission is rendered complete.

  7. I will send back a complete image file in PNG, web, and larger res size.

  8. I can send print/working size, other formats, and layers on request. (Please be clear about usage in initial request)

Commission quotes can be requested prior to starting a job. Please ask when sending the requested info above.
